High Net Worth Insurance Sales Executive

Pay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00+++ per year

Job description:

Every individual carries risk—but most don’t realize how exposed they really are until something unexpected happens. That’s where we come in.

At Riddick Insurance Group, we’re not chasing quotes or cutting corners—we’re helping people protect what they’ve worked hard for, prepare for what’s next, and sleep better at night knowing someone is looking out for them. We do what’s right, even when no one is watching.

Want to plant roots? This is where YOU come in.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE COMING TO WORK

We don’t believe in selling insurance just to check a box. We’re here to be trusted advisors—bringing a consultative approach that puts each individual’s needs at the center of every recommendation, not Riddick’s, and not the carrier’s. That means we work differently. And it’s why our producers love what they do.

As an independent agency, we have choices. We’re not tied to one carrier, one price point, or one set of priorities. We work for the client. That means we can approach multiple companies, compare options, and advocate for the coverage that actually fits. It also means we know who has the strongest claims service, the fairest underwriting, and the most responsive teams when it counts. Our job isn’t to push a product—it’s to give individuals and families an objective view of the marketplace, guide them through important financial decisions, and help them choose wisely.

In this role, you’ll be the one reaching out to high net worth individuals, families, and referral partners—people who aren’t looking for a pitch, but for someone they can trust. You’ll consult with clients on their personal insurance needs for high value homes, auto, collectibles, & umbrella coverage, while also helping them identify when life insurance may be an important part of protecting what they’ve built. It’s about being proactive and present when the opportunity to add value arises—not just writing a policy, but protecting a future.

You’ll be responsible for building a strong book of target business by forming deep relationships and being intentional in your outreach. That includes tapping into a broad network of referral partners—mortgage lenders, real estate agents, CPAs, financial advisors, and more to become their go-to insurance resource.

You’ll sell using strategy, not scripts—understanding exposures, analyzing needs, and presenting coverage that makes sense for the client’s life, not just their policy. From the first conversation to the ongoing relationship, you’ll guide your clients through a high-trust, high-impact decision that protects their future.

If you have the resilience to keep showing up, this is a place where your work will pay off.

WHAT YOU’RE EXCITED TO BRING WITH YOU

You’ve sold personal insurance—or something close to it—and you understand what it means to lead with education, not pressure. You know how to follow up after a showing, connect over coffee, and stay top-of-mind with referral partners without being pushy. You’re comfortable timing conversations around real estate closings, policy renewals, or life events, and you know how to balance activity with intentionality.

For you, integrity isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a way of life. You’d rather walk away than recommend coverage that doesn’t truly serve the client’s needs. And when you say, “I’ve got you,” you mean it.

You know how to prospect, how to follow through, and how to stay consistent—even when the win takes a while. Whether it’s 250 dials a week or building relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, or financial advisors, you love the chase—and even more, you love what comes next: earning trust, placing smart coverage, and protecting what matters most.

LOCATION

You’ll work out of our Raleigh office at 5510 Six Forks Rd, Ste 280—but the real action happens out in the community.

This is a relationship-first role, so you’ll spend most of your time meeting with clients and partners across the Triangle Market. That means showing up: at the job site, at the ribbon cutting, at the breakfast networking meeting. If you’re someone who thrives on building face-to-face connections, you’ll thrive here!

$ALARY, BENEFITS AND PERKS, OH MY! →

Let’s talk money—because we know that matters.

This role starts with:
